Terms of Return

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any return requests made after 30 days will not be approved.

State of Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, hair extensions must be:

• Unopened
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition with all packaging, seals, tags, and labels intact

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened or used hair extensions cannot be returned or refunded.

Reason for Return

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

• You received the wrong product
• The product arrived damaged or defective

Returns based on personal preference, improper handling, or color expectations are not considered defects.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that hair color may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, screen resolution, and device settings. Color variation caused by lighting or screen display differences is not grounds for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Items sent back without return authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective
